User Agreement

This User Agreement of Norvind LLP (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") regulates the relations between the User and the Operator, and shall be deemed concluded from the moment the User performs one of the following actions on the https://norvind.kz/eng website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"):
- registration on the Site;
- making an application on the Site;

This User Agreement is equal to a written contract. Conclusion of the User Agreement means that the User has familiarized with the terms of this User Agreement to the extent necessary for him fully and unconditionally agrees with them, including in terms of providing consent to the Operator to process the User's personal data on the terms specified in Section 10 of this User Agreement, and in terms of providing consent to the Operator to receive e-mail, sms and other types of mailings of information and advertising content, including from the Operator's partners.

1. Subject of the User Agreement.


1.1 The Operator offers its services on the terms and conditions that are the subject of this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).
1.2 The Agreement may be amended by the Operator without any special notification, the new version of the Agreement comes into force after 3 (three) days from the date of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. The current version of the Agreement is always available at https://norvind.kz/eng .

2. Description of the Operator's services.

2.1 The Operator's website is designed to provide Users with information about the company's services and allows Users to send an unlimited number of requests from the Website by filling out the appropriate forms on the Website.
2.2 The provision of information about the company's services is of an advertising nature and is provided to the User free of charge.

3. Confidentiality


3.1 For the purposes of the Operator's Website operation, the Operator processes the User's personal data, i.e. any actions (operations) or a set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation means or without the use of such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction. Personal data of the User shall be processed in accordance with
Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 № 94-V "On personal data and their protection".
3.2 When filling out and sending forms on the Operator's Website, the User provides the following information:

• first name;
• surname;
• patronymic;
• e-mail address;
• city, country;
• contact phone number.

3.3 By submitting their personal data when making requests on the Operator's website, the User agrees to their processing by the Operator, including for the purposes of fulfilling the Operator's obligations to the User under this User Agreement, informing Users about its services, promoting the Operator's goods and services, conducting electronic and SMS surveys, monitoring marketing campaigns, customer support, organizing the delivery of goods to Users, monitoring the User's satisfaction with the quality of the Operator's services. It is not considered a violation for the Operator to provide information to third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Operator to fulfill obligations to the User.
3.4 Processing of personal data means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change) retrieval, use, transfer (including transfer to third parties, not excluding cross-border transfer, if the need for it arose in the course of performance of obligations), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, as well as personal data processing.
3.5 The Operator has the right to send information, including advertising messages, to the User's e-mail and cell phone with the User's consent. The User has the right to refuse to receive advertising and other information without explaining the reasons for refusal. Service messages informing the User about the status of the request and the stages of its processing are sent automatically and cannot be rejected by the User.
Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data is carried out by sending a message to the address L.KIM252501@GMAIL.COM.
3.6 The Operator has the right to use "cookies" technology. "Cookies" do not contain confidential information, and the Operator has the right to transfer information about "cookies" to Partners, agents and third parties who have contracts with the Operator, to fulfill obligations to the User and for the purposes of statistics and optimization of advertising messages.
3.7 The Operator receives information about the ip-address of the Website visitor. This information is not used for identification of the visitor.
3.8. The Operator is not responsible for the information provided by the User on the Website in a publicly available form.

4. General Provisions

4.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.2 All possible disputes regarding the Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the norms of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.3 Due to the gratuitous nature of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the norms of consumer protection cannot be applicable to the relations between the User and the Operator.
4.4 Nothing in the Agreement may be understood as establishment of agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations, or any other relations between the User and the Operator, which are not expressly provided for by this Agreement.
