"The Norvind pro wall air inlet valve creates natural supply ventilation in the room, which solves the problem of mold, stuffiness and condensation on windows once and for all. Norvind pro ventilates instead of an open window, keeping the house warm.
Valve Norvind pro is mounted in the wall at a height of 2-2.2 meters from the floor. The air flow from the street is drawn into the room through a channel in the wall. The filter built into the valve cleans the air and protects it from noise, dust and insects.
The valve is equipped with a G3 class pre-filter, which requires no special maintenance. The unit operates without electricity. The ventilation opening can be opened and closed and the volume of incoming air can be regulated by smoothly moving the damper. An important condition for the proper operation of the Norvind pro damper is that the exhaust ducts in the kitchen and bathrooms are in good working order.
The Norvind pro damper is designed especially for construction companies. The diameter of the duct opening is only 92 mm. At the same time, the valve provides an air supply of 32 m3/h at 10 Pa, which meets the requirements of SP 60.13330.2012 "Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning".

It is needed to create a supply of air into a room. Supply vent valve is designed for use in houses with natural ventilation and in houses with mechanical exhaust ventilation system. Using the device allows you to create a comfortable supply of fresh air when the windows are closed. After installing the ventilation valve in the house begins to work properly ventilation system, the air is constantly renewed. It is important to remember that for the ventilation system to work, the exhaust system must work and there must be no airtight barriers to the flow of air.
In the bathroom/toilet and kitchen there are ventilation shafts that exit to the roof. Due to the pressure difference at the ends of the ventilation shaft, the air is sucked out of the apartment. And the higher the ventilation shaft, the stronger the draught. A low-pressure area is created in the apartment and the air from the street is drawn into the room if there is such a possibility. It can be created by opening a window or by installing an air inlet.
An open window and micro-ventilation let in several times more air than our air inlet valve. The air enters the apartment along the entire height of the window sashes: the air is not heated. Depending on the model, the air inlet valve lets in a weak stream of air, either into the radiator or into the ceiling. The cold air from the street mixes with the warm air in the apartment. As a result, the temperature inside always stays comfortable and fresh air enters the house. You will be warm even if it is -50 outside.
The easiest option is to put the vent damper on the balcony and open one window for micro-ventilation. The second option is to install a Norvind lite ventilator in the opposite corner of the balcony. There are several other options, including extending the pipe, but you should consult a home ventilation specialist.
