The easiest way to check:

Open the window and doors, thus providing free access to the ventilation shaft.
Put an ordinary A4 sheet of paper against the ventilation grille. If the sheet holds, then the ventilation shaft is working perfectly well
If the sheet falls down, then there is a problem in the ventilation shaft. Then you should contact the management company.

We remind you that it is necessary to wash the ventilation grate at least once every six months, as well as to make sure that the exhaust openings are not covered with wallpaper or furniture.
